Ik heb het komende WSF 26-31 January Porte Alegre voorgesteld om een artikel 15 toe te voegen aan het Charter of Principles. 

Mijn suggestie voor de organisatie van de nieuwe NSF is dat de organisaties die daaraan deelnemen dit artikel 15 ook alvast accepteren en implementeren.
